Welcome to WaterWarden (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our web application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in strictly in accordance with these Terms. To protect the integrity and proprietary nature of WaterWarden, you expressly agree not to:
  • Reproduce or Clone: Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service, its layout, or its unique user interface (UI/UX) flow.
  • Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of any software provided through the Service, except to the limited extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable EU law and only after a formal written request to us for interoperability information has been denied.
  • Automated Data Extraction: Use any automated system (e.g., bots, spiders, or scrapers) to access, "harvest," or monitor the Service. The use of any part of the Service or its data for the training of machine learning or artificial intelligence models is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
  • Competitive Analysis: Access the Service for the purpose of building a competitive product or service, or to benchmark its performance for public disclosure.
  • Circumvention: Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions we place on the Service or its private repositories.
2. Accounts and Security
 If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including but not limited to source code, object code, databases, design elements, "look and feel," graphics, and logos—are the exclusive property of WaterWarden (or its licensors) and are protected by Bulgarian and International copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
3.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or any right to use our trademarks or branding.
3.3 Trade Secrets: You acknowledge that the Service contains valuable trade secrets and proprietary "know-how" belonging to us. Any non-public information regarding the performance, logic, or internal structure of the Service is considered Confidential Information. You agree not to disclose such information to any third party and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
 All content, code, design, logos, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to WaterWarden and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
4. User Content
 If you upload, post, or otherwise share content through the Service (“User Content”), you retain ownership of that content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and operate that content solely for providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or rights of others.
5. Privacy
 Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Service’s accuracy, reliability, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
 To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaterWarden and its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to These Terms
 We may update these Terms from time to time.
 If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.
 Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia/Capital region.
